I wasn’t looking forward to a root canal and Dr. Chang had to really work to get rid of calcification buildup in the roots of a molar. Then I had to return for a crown with Dr. Heather. She put me at ease right off the bat as I felt her competent and experienced hands working to make this tooth just right for fitting the new tooth. To my surprise, they made the tooth right in the office, same day. Dr, Heather may be new to this office, but she made the experience easy and the new tooth fit perfectly! All of the staff there are friendly with their smiles. No more anxiety for me! Thank you, all of you!

Carmel Valley Dentist Office has good hours, easy to get to location, and ample free parking. There’s indoor and outdoor waiting and a cafe on the corner of the building. From check in to check out I had a great visit. Online check in and scheduling, the front desk team was exactly what you want when going to the dentist. Brandi and Tori were the hygienists and they were both fun and great at the work. Dr Hanieh is excellent. She was great at the consult and one of the best explanations of what would happen at the appointment, the outcome, and about what I should be doing after. 10 out of 10 experience
